Welcome to Phase Wellness!

Hello! I'm thrilled to have you here at Phase Wellness. My journey began with a deep passion for living a healthy lifestyle. For years, I found myself on a frustrating hamster wheel of struggles and symptoms, convinced that the odds were stacked against me. I found it was a struggle to receive assistance on hormone health that aligned with myself and my body and then similar frustration with my neurodivergent child.   However, my experience as a parent ignited a desire to seek answers, leading me to explore holistic approaches that truly support the body and mind. 

This personal evolution inspired me to help others facing similar challenges and the myriad common issues that can leave one feeling powerless. With so many modalities in health and wellness, I found my calling in holistic nutrition, which resonates deeply with my values and beliefs.

Founded in 2025, Phase Wellness is dedicated to serving not just my local community but individuals across Canada who are in search of balance in their body, mind, and lifestyle. I believe that each "phase" of life—whether it’s age, mindset, or even the phases of the moon—calls for unique needs and impacts our body systems. Discovering what we can control in our lives helps shift the course of our journey, allowing us to find harmony and wellness.

I would be honored to work with you through various aspects of health, including hormone health,immune support, gut health, allergies, pediatric health issues and simply shift into a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, I offer guidance on nutrition for youth sports teams.
